As the Director of Impact at REVERB, Madeline leads the Music Decarbonization Project and manages REVERB’s Climate Project Portfolio. With a focus on quantifying the impacts of REVERB’s work through a scientific lens, Madeline works to enhance sustainability practices and programs for tours, concerts, and festivals.
Madeline’s career has been dedicated to scaling clean energy solutions, from decarbonizing large commercial portfolios to developing new clean energy projects. Her unique expertise lies in merging economic and emissions analysis with stakeholder engagement strategies to drive impactful, actionable solutions.
In addition to her energy work, Madeline has contributed to economic development analysis for climate-justice movements in the Global South. She’s also a filmmaker, with a documentary featuring artists at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, reflecting her passion for the intersection of art and science.
Madeline lives in Boulder, Colorado, where she’s often found skiing, hiking, or enjoying the local music scene.
