Director of Communications

Courtney Caron brings nearly 20 years of experience in digital strategy, storytelling, and mission-driven campaigns to her role as Director of Communications at REVERB. Throughout her career, she has led national voter engagement efforts at Vote.org, elevated global public health messaging with AIDS Healthcare Foundation, and developed impactful narratives across media, advocacy, and entertainment.

At REVERB, Courtney leads the organization’s communications strategy across artist partnerships, tours, festivals, campaigns, and industry initiatives. Over the past year, she has helped shape messaging and storytelling around large-scale sustainability efforts while also supporting major festival activations. Her work spans everything from sustainability impact reporting and media strategy to fan engagement campaigns and industry focused resources.

With a background rooted in social justice, civic engagement, and creative production, Courtney is passionate about using communications as a force for collective action. She believes storytelling can help connect artists, fans, and communities in ways that inspire meaningful change both within the music industry and beyond.
