For nearly 9 years, Lenni has worked music festivals where she was initially focused on volunteer coordination but went on to do operations for just about anything that doesn’t touch the stage. Working large-scale festivals and venue shows has shown her that not all venues and events care equally about sustainability, so she wanted to put her passion for making a difference to good use. After seeing the amount of waste that could be diverted or sorted but often isn’t, she wanted to make a change in the live music environments in which she thrives. Now she’s enthusiastic about presenting more sustainable ideas and alternatives to fans, bands, and crews alike.

In between REVERB shows and festivals, she enjoys attending concerts, hiking, visiting record stores, watching surf documentaries, playing King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard’s bottomless discography, and being overly excited to see other people’s dogs.
