Currently residing in Milwaukee, Mia Michael is an event professional with extensive experience in both music and sports. In 2023, Mia earned a degree in Human Communication on Business Track from the University of Central Florida, where she focused on digital rhetoric and music business.
Since graduation, Mia worked in venue operations at the Kia Center, managed onsite staffing for festivals like Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, and Bonnaroo (among others), along with coordinating onsite sustainability programs for REVERB on tour. Before joining the team as an onsite coordinator, Mia helped REVERB lead the onsite sustainability programs with Lollapalooza in 2023.
Mia’s love for music and sustainability dates back to her first ever concert: Jack Johnson! She remembers stopping by Village Green and taking a pledge to live plastic-free!
