The meat industry has a significant negative impact on the environment, but luckily, reducing meat consumption has never been easier. We applaud those who decide to go fully vegetarian or vegan, but there are still ways to make a positive impact on the environment even if you aren’t ready to say goodbye to cheeseburgers.
For starters, you could commit to cutting meat out of your diet for just ONE day a week. That’s the concept behind Meatless Mondays—by consuming 14% less meat overall, we can significantly reduce our global footprint.
