The undersigned person listed as the ambassador on the signature block below (the “Volunteer”) agrees to the terms of this Release and Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement (the “Release”) effective as of the date this Release is electronically submitted to REVERB, Inc. (“REVERB”).

A. On behalf of Caring & Daring, LLC (“C&D”), C3 Presents, LLC (“C3”) is producing the 2024 Lollapalooza Music Festival scheduled to be held on August 1, 2024 through August 4, 2024 at Grant Park in Chicago, Illinois (the “Festival”). REVERB is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization engaged in promoting its mission to empower individuals to take environmental and social action. In this Agreement “Released Parties” means REVERB, C3, C&D, Lollapalooza, LLC, the Chicago Parks District, the City of Chicago, and each of their respective parents, partners, divisions, subsidiaries, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, affiliates, and employees.

B. REVERB sought individuals to promote its mission and provide services at the Festival and received a large number of applications to be an ambassador. The Volunteer wishes to provide volunteer services at the Festival on behalf of REVERB and is aware of the potential dangers involved in large crowds.  REVERB will not allow anyone to provide volunteer services on its behalf at the Festival unless that person has agreed to release the Released Parties from all liability for the Volunteer activities.

For and in consideration of the right to be a volunteer for REVERB at the Festival, Volunteer agrees to the following by affirmatively checking each box provided below:
