LOCAL PARTNERS
SEBAGO CLEAN WATERS & GOGO REFILL
This year at Thompson’s Point, we invited out two local partners working to conserve Maine’s watershed and help Mainers reduce plastic use in the home.
GOGO REFILL: In partnership with REVERB, one fan per show received $25 gift card to shop in-store or online at GoGo Refill’s zero-waste South Portland store. Team members were onsite at each Thompson’s Point show to help fans learn more about making the switch to a plastic-free home.
SEBAGO CLEAN WATERS: This coalition works to protect the water quality, community well-being, a vibrant economy, and fish and wildlife habitat in the Sebago Lake region. For the second year in a row, REVERB hosted SCW in the Eco-Village to educate fans about where their water comes from and how to best protect Maine’s freshwater sources.
In partnership with Sebago Clean Waters and GoGo Refill, REVERB invited fans to play Climate Trivia about plastic waste reduction and Maine’s water sources.
- 1,480 fans played trivia over the course of 19 shows!
WASTE REDUCTION
#ROCKNREFILL PROGRAM
In partnership with Nalgene Outdoor, REVERB helped fans reduce single-use plastic onsite at Thompson’s Point by providing FREE water refills for all fans. - 29,335 single-use bottles eliminated by fans
- More than 3,667 gallons of water distributed over the season
- 1,661 donations were made for reusable bottles
- $32,856 raised to support nonprofit organizations
